Padow’s Petite Country Ham Sandwiches
6 Dozen Rolls (depending on how much ham per roll)
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Padow’s Country Ham
1 lb. Swiss Cheese (thin)
6 dozen Country rolls (freshly baked or favorite store brand)
½ Stick of Butter
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon each:
Poppy seeds
Onion (diced)
Padow’s Honey Dijon Mustard (or yellow mustard)
Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Arrange each roll with ham and cheese on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil sprayed lightly with Pam. In a mixing bowl, combine ingredients with melted butter. Drizzle glaze over buns and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
