Padow's Hams & Deli was contacted by the Food Network
This recipe was prepared on Food Nation with Bobby Flay and features Padow Country Ham and Virginia Peanuts.   
                  Virginia Ham and Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
8 ounces ground or finely chopped Padow's Country Ham
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 dashes hot pepper sauce
3 pinches dry mustard powder
8 ounces unsalted Virginia peanuts, finely chopped
1 maraschino cherry half
Assorted crackers, for serving

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine ground ham, cream cheese, hot sauce and mustard until well blended.
Roll into a ball and then roll in Padow's chopped Virginia peanuts. Garnish with cherry on top and serve on cheese board with crackers.

Padow’s Petite Country Ham Sandwiches
6 Dozen Rolls
(depending on how much ham per roll)
 
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Padow’s Country Ham
1 lb. Swiss Cheese (thin)
6 dozen Country rolls (freshly baked or favorite store brand)
½ Stick of Butter
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon each:
Poppy seeds
Onion (diced)
Padow’s Honey Dijon Mustard (or yellow mustard)
Worcestershire sauce
 
Directions:
Arrange each roll with ham and cheese on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil sprayed lightly with Pam. In a mixing bowl, combine ingredients with melted butter. Drizzle glaze over buns and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
