Uncooked Smithfield or Country Hams

• Store in the original sack, shank side up, in a cool dry room for up to 60 days or frozen for up to 6 months.
• Please dear... don't put the ham in a cabinet or under the bed until Next Christmas! 

Smithfield and Country ?Fully Cooked Hams? should be stored in the refrigerator. 

• Ready to enjoy and do not require any further cooking!
• After opening your cooked Smithfield or Country Ham for serving - return to the refrigerator wrapped tightly, for up to 15 days.  You may want to wrap portions tightly and put into zip type bags...
• Served your ham is at room temperature and sliced very very thin.
• If you do not plan to use your fully cooked Smithfield or Country Ham right away:  keep in refrigerator or freezer in the original unopened tightly sealed wrapper and enjoy within 60 - 90 days.

Virginia Honey Cured Hams

• Allow 24 to 48 hours to thaw in refrigerator before serving.
• Follow directions on back of label for heating and glazing.
• Enjoy within 7 to 10 days.

Smoked Turkeys and Turkey Breasts

• Must be kept in the refrigerator or frozen.
• Allow 24 to 48 hours to thaw in refrigerator before serving.
• Our smoked turkeys and turkey breasts are fully cooked, please be careful reheating and wrap tightly to keep moisture and juices in!  Delicious warm or cold...
• Enjoy within 7 to 10 days.
