Padow's Quarter Slab Country Cured Bacon is cured in the traditional way of the 1800's. Great for gourmet gifts. Slice thick or thin right from the slab (must be sliced before cooking)! Fry or use for seasoning soups, stews or family recipes. Uncut slabs are packaged in 1 to 1 1/2 lb. packages for ease of use. Order several to keep one as a back up.
