Information Collection and Use
Padow's Hams and Deli, Inc.. is the sole owner of the information collected on Alaska Smokehouse, The Famous Pacific Dessert Company, Gourmet Food Fundraiser and Sleepless in Seattle Coffee sites. Padow's Hams and Deli Inc. collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
We request information from the customer on our order form. A customer must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. We will also notify the customer via e-mail when their order ships. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the customer.
If a customer places an order through Padows.com, we will use the information provided to fulfill the customer's order and to let the fundraising partner you have chosen the dollar amount of their donation. We will only communicate with the fundraising partner who the customer has designated as the recipient of the donation. We will send the customer an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email. We also will communicate with the customer if there are any issues regarding their order. The customers of the fundraising site will not receive marketing communications from the site.
