Order Processing

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Padow’s Hams sends an automated notification email containing tracking information following the processing of your order.

Climate Sensitive Products

To best ensure freshness on climate sensitive products, we may defer shipping for orders placed on Fridays to the following Monday. Certain products such as (but not limited to) Padow’s Spiral Hams and Whole Turkeys may require expedited shipping (2 days or less) based upon your location.

Store Pickup

Padow’s Hams offers free local order pickup for the Richmond, VA area at our Mechanicsville location by appointment only. To schedule, please send us and email or call 804-575-7069.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping option.

Shipping Claims

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and description of the item’s condition. Follow-up photos may be required. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
